Biochempeg provides high purity BOC-NH-PEG3-NH2 (t-Boc-N-amido-PEG3-amine), a monodisperse PEG linker containing an amino group and a Boc protected amino group. The amino group is reactive with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, etc. The Boc group can be deprotected under mild acidic conditions to form the free amine.
It is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of a series of PROTACs.
