Biopharma PEG provides high purity BOC-NH-PEG5-NH2 (t-Boc-N-amido-PEG5-amine), a monodisperse PEG linker containing an amino group and a Boc-protected amino group. The amino group is reactive with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, etc. The Boc group can be deprotected under mild acidic conditions to form the free amine.
BOC-NH-PEG5-NH2, or PROTAC linker 17, is a PEG based PROTAC linker, which can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs. It also can be used in the preparation of novel biochip technology for the detection of explosives-TNT. In addition, it is also used as a reagent in the synthesis of chemical inducer of dimerization (CID) to identify the protein target of inhibitors of Toxoplasma gondii invasion.
