Biotin-PEG24-SPA (Biotin-PEG24-NHS Ester) is a biotinylation reagent featuring a biotin group and an NHS ester linked by a 24-unit PEG spacer. The NHS ester group efficiently reacts with lysine residues and N-terminal amino groups within a pH range of 7-9, forming stable amide bonds.
