DSPE-PEG-FITC is a linear heterobifunctional PEGylation reagent with DSPE phospholipid and fluorescein FITC dye performance. The fluorescein contained in DSPE-PEG-FITC is a useful self-assembly reagent for preparing grafted or pegylated liposomes or micelles. It can be used to target drug delivery with lipid bilayers to improve drug solubility, extend circulating half-life and reduce non-specific protein binding or cell adhesion, and non-covalently bind targeting molecules include antibodies, aptamers, proteins and peptides. The PEGylated phospholipid contained in DSPE-PEG-FITC can significantly improve the blood circulation time and stability of the encapsulated drug, so it can be used for targeted drug delivery.
