FITC-PEG-SC (FITC-PEG-NHS) is a fluorescein-labeled PEG derivative, which has an absorption maximum at 495nm and an emission effect near 515-520nm.

The FITC group contained in FITC-PEG-NHS can easily find signals from its yellow and green fluorescence, and these fluorescent PEG derivatives can easily bind to the surface of other molecules or materials.
