Uses:
The succinimide acetate in OH-PEG-SC (OH-PEG-NHS) can be bonded to the free amino group of the active drug to form an amino acetate bond. Hydroxyl groups can form active hydroxyl end features such as ester bonds through esterification reactions with carboxyl groups, thereby effectively linking PEG to required materials or small molecule drugs and polypeptides to achieve the purpose of the reaction.
OH-PEG-SC (OH-PEG-NHS) can be used for targeted drug research and is widely used in the cross-linking of protein carriers and ligands.
