Trityl-PEG7-N3 (CAS No. 1818294-30-2) is a non-cleavable PEG linker containing an azide group and a trityl protected group. The azide group allows for Click Chemistry. The Trityl group can be removed under acid conditions or hydrogenolysis. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media.
Large-scale PEGs and GMP-grade PEGs are made-to-order. Please contact us at sales@biochempeg.com for more details.
