8-Arm PEG-Amine (8-ArmPEG-NH2) is a 8-arm PEG derivative with amine groups at each terminal of the eight arms connected to one hexaglycerol core that can be used to prepare hydrogel or modify proteins, peptides and other materials via their functional groups.

8-ArmPEG-NH2 is widely used in drug delivery, surface functionalization, and biosensing. Its high-density amine termini enable precise covalent conjugation with drugs or targeting ligands, enhancing stability and facilitating controlled release. As a surface modifier, it improves the biocompatibility of nanomaterials while minimizing non-specific adsorption. Additionally, it serves as a critical building block for constructing high-sensitivity biosensors and advanced polymer nanostructures with tailored functionalities.

Biopharma PEG offers a wide range of 8-ARM PEG linkers on both lab and commercial scales. Email at [email protected] and start using a superior product for your next product R&D project.
