Uses:
Human G-CSF (Granulocyte-Colony Stimulating Factor) is a potent hematopoietic growth factor essential for the development of neutrophils and granulocytes. Endogenously produced by monocytes, macrophages, endothelial cells, and fibroblasts in response to endotoxin, TNF-α, IL-1 or IFN-γ, G-CSF promotes granulopoiesis, neutrophil proliferation, differentiation, activation, and survival via the G-CSF receptor (G-CSFR). Activation of JAK/STAT and MAPK signaling supports immune response, inflammation control, and mobilization of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells. Human G-CSF is widely used in research and clinical settings to enhance innate immunity, support neutrophil recovery, and facilitate stem cell therapies.
