NH2-PEG4-COOH (Amino-PEG4-propionic acid) is a PEG linker that can be used as drug carrier, ADC linker and PROTAC linker. It has been shown to have a high uptake in cancer cells and tumor vasculature. It creates conjugates with drugs or radiotracers to facilitate their delivery into the tumor. This polymer can be synthesized on a solid phase and conjugated to cytotoxic drugs or radiotracers via the amino group of its side chain. Amino-PEG4-propionic acid has also been shown to have low expression in normal cells, which makes it an effective carrier for drugs that are toxic to normal cells.
