Amino-PEG4-alcohol (NH2-PEG4-OH) is a PEG linker containing an amino group (NH2) with a hydroxyl group (OH). The amino group can react with carboxylic acids, reactive NHS esters, carbonyl groups (ketones, aldehydes), etc. The hydroxyl group can be further derivatized or replaced with other reactive functional groups.

It is a non-cleavable 4 unit PEG ADC linker used for antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). And, it is also a PROTAC linker for the synthesis of PROTACs.
