Monodisperse Amine-PEG6-acid (NH2-PEG6-COOH) is a heterobifunctional PEG linker containing an amino (NH2) group and a carboxylic acid (COOH). The amine group can react with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, carbonyls and so on, and the carboxylic acid can be reacted with amino groups in the presence of activators.
NH2-PEG6-COOH is a degradable (cleavable) 6-unit PEG ADC linker for the synthesis of antibody-coupled drugs (ADC). It is also a PEG-based PROTAC linker, which can be used for PROTAC synthesis.
