OH-PEG4-CH2CH2COOtBu (Hydroxy-PEG4-t-butyl ester) is a versatile PEG linker featuring a hydroxyl group and a t-butyl ester. The hydrophilic PEG spacer improves solubility in aqueous environments, making it suitable for diverse bioconjugation and synthesis applications. The hydroxyl group allows for further chemical modifications or replacement with other reactive functional groups, while the t-butyl-protected carboxyl group can be selectively deprotected under acidic conditions to expose a free carboxylic acid.

OH-PEG4-CH2CH2COOtBu  is an uncleavable ADC linker utilized in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and can also be employed in the synthesis of PROTAC.
