Uses:

Azido-PEG2-amine (N3-PEG2-NH2) is a bifunctional crosslinker containing an amino and an azide group. The amino group is reactive with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters,. The azide(N3) group can react with alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage.
It is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs. It is also a non-cleavable 2 unit PEG ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs).
