N3-PEG4-NH2 (Azide-PEG4-Amine) is a very monodispersed bifunctional crosslinker. The amino group is reactive with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, carbonyls (ketone, aldehyde) etc. The azide group can react with alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media.

It can be also called PROTAC Linker 20, a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of a series of PROTACs. And also. it can be used as ADC linker
