Monodisperse Azido-PEG6-alcohol (N3-PEG6-OH), a water soluble PEG reagent, consists of an azide (N3) and a terminal hydroxyl (OH) group. The azide group can react with alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage. The hydroxyl group enables further derivatization or replacement with other reactive functional groups.
