DSPE-PEG-COOH is a phospholipid PEG conjugate with hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties. DSPE-PEG-COOH is mostly used to prepare the surface of liposomes in practice. DSPE-PEG-COOH contains free-COOH long-circulating liposomes, which can be widely used in the delivery of targeted drugs and genes.
